Exchange & Refund Policy

Customers are allowed to check their order upon delivery. If you wish to return the item, you must hand it back to the courier immediately. Once the courier leaves, no exchange or refund requests will be accepted.

All items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale. No exchange or refund will be allowed .

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached at the time of courier delivery.

In the case of return at the door, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
